1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Seven game (the "Competition"), available via the downloadable Seven mobile application (the "App").
1.2. By registering for an account (or using your existing Ladbrokes account) and participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the general Ladbrokes.com customer terms which together form a legally binding agreement with the Promoter.
1.3. Where these Terms conflict with, the general Ladbrokes.com customer terms and any specific promotional terms ("Promotion Terms"), the Promotion Terms will take precedence, followed by these Terms and then the general Ladbrokes.com customer terms.
1.4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Competition, the App, or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
1.5. Material changes to the Terms will be notified through the App or by email at least 14 days before taking effect, unless applicable laws require the change to take effect in a shorter timeframe.
2. Definitions
2.1. "you" / "your" / "participant" means the individual entering the Competition.
2.2. "we" / "us" / "our" means LC International Limited (the "Promoter").
2.3. "Correct Prediction" means the selected player scores either the first or last goal in their respective fixture, as determined by official data sources used by the Promoter.
2.4. "Gameweek" means a period of fixtures defined and scheduled by the Promoter.
2.5. "Lineup" means a selection of seven football players made by a participant.
3. Promoter
3.1. The Competition is operated by LC International Limited, registered in Gibraltar (company number 46808), with its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
4. Eligibility
4.1. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over residing in the UK and who have a valid Ladbrokes account.
4.2. Participants must be legally permitted to participate in free-to-play competitions under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify age, identity, and eligibility at any time.
4.4. Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Promoter may suspend or terminate accounts where we find that false or misleading information has been provided by them.
4.5. Employees of the Promoter or its group companies or any advertising agency connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households may be excluded from eligibility where required by law or internal policy.
5. Entry & Participation
5.1. Participation in the Competition is free and requires registration via the App.
5.2. The Competition remains open until closed by the Promoter.
5.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Competition entries that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or not received due to technical reasons.
5.4. The Promoter may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms is identified.
5.5. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Any suspected unauthorised use must be reported immediately to the Promoter.
5.6. Only one account per person is permitted. Account holders must not:
5.6.1. Create multiple accounts;
5.6.2. Use another person's account; or, allow others to use their account.
6. Game Format
6.1. Overview
6.1.1. Participants access the app and select a Lineup of seven football players to predict whether those players will score the first or last goal in their respective fixtures displayed on the app.
6.1.2. Performance is assessed each Gameweek during a Season (as defined below).
6.2. Gameweeks and Seasons
6.2.1. Gameweeks are defined as per standard premier league game weeks. Where a team is scheduled to play multiple fixtures in any given premier league game week, some fixtures will be removed so that each team only plays once in each gameweek.
6.2.2. Gameweeks and eligible fixtures will be listed within the App.
6.2.3. A Gameweek typically closes at 03:00 UTC following the final eligible fixture.
6.2.4. Results are final at Gameweek closure, even if official data sources later amend fixture data.
6.2.5. Cancelled or postponed fixtures may be excluded and do not invalidate the Gameweek.
6.2.6. Season means the current English Premier League Football season.
6.3. Lineup Rules
6.3.1. Each Lineup must contain seven unique players, comprising of three forwards and four midfield/defender players from the eligible fixtures.
6.3.2. One player must be designated as the Star Man each Gameweek.
6.3.3. Lineups may be edited until 1 minute before the kick-off time of each selected player's fixture. Once a fixture begins, that player is locked and cannot be changed, irrespective of whether or not the player then goes on to participate at any point of the game.
6.3.4. A player may appear in a participant's Lineups no more than seven times for each half of the season. At the midpoint of the season, all Participants will receive a refresh of player usage allowances, resetting the count to zero for all players. The timing of this refresh will be communicated via the App.
6.3.5. Randomised Lineups may be generated using available App tools.
6.3.6. Players confirmed as unavailable may not be selectable.
6.3.7. Player positions (e.g., forward, midfielder/defender) are determined by the Promoter.
6.4. Scoring
6.4.1. Each Correct Prediction scores one point.
6.4.2. The maximum score per Gameweek is seven points.
6.4.3. Scores are fixed at Gameweek closure and will not be retrospectively amended.
6.4.4. Own goals do not count towards first or last goals.
6.5. Star Man
6.5.1. One player per Lineup must be nominated as Star Man. The App will automatically select one by default, however the participant can select a different one.
6.5.2. The Star Man may be changed until the relevant fixture begins.
6.5.3. Participants will be awarded a £10 Football Free Bet for every seven correct Star Man selection accumulated during the season.
6.5.4. A maximum of five such rewards may be earned per season.
6.5.5. Total Star Man winning predictions may be used as a tiebreaker for leaderboard ranking where applicable.
7. Data Sources
7.1. The Promoter relies on official data sources (currently Opta) but is not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data.
7.2. In the event of conflicting data, the Promoter's designated official source will be deemed final.
8. Prizes
8.1. General
8.1.1. Prize availability, value, and format are defined and communicated on the App before the start of each Gameweek.
8.1.2. Unless otherwise specified, no cash alternatives will be offered for free bet prizes.
8.1.3. All prizes will be credited to your Ladbrokes account.
8.2. Weekly Performance Prizes
8.2.1. 7 Correct Predictions: £100,000 (shared equally amongst each customer with 7 correct predictions in that week)
8.2.2. 6 Correct Predictions: Cash prize (£250)
8.2.3. 5 Correct Predictions: £20 football free bet
8.2.4. 4 Correct Predictions: £5 football free bet
8.2.5. 3 Correct Predictions: £2 football free bet
8.2.6. Free bets must be used within 14 days of being credited to your account, otherwise they will expire.
8.2.7. The free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
8.2.8. The free bets stake is not returned if the free bet wager becomes void.
8.2.9. For all free bets placed, the Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in the Ladbrokes General Website Terms & Conditions will apply.
9. Winner Notification and Communications
9.1. Participants will be advised to check the app for prize awards (via the contact details linked to their account) within 48 hours of winning the prize.
9.2. Winners must log into their Ladbrokes account within 14 days of receiving the notification to claim their prize. Failure to claim a prize within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture.
9.3. Notification will be sent via email to the contact details registered on the Participant's account.
9.4. The Promoter will communicate with Participants via:
9.4.1. In-App reward screens
9.4.2. Email to the registered email address.
9.5. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are current and accurate.
9.6. Communications are deemed received 24 hours after email dispatch.
10. Fair Play & Disqualification
10.1. Participants must not manipulate, exploit, or misuse the Competition or App.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair conduct.
10.3. Participants must not:
10.3.1. use bots, scripts, or automated tools;
10.3.2. collude with other participants;
10.3.3. exploit errors or bugs in the App;
10.3.4. manipulate or interfere with the Competition;
10.3.5. use multiple accounts or share accounts; or
10.3.6. engage in any form of cheating or unfair play.
10.4. If we suspect a breach of 10.3, we may:
10.4.1. disqualify the Participant immediately;
10.4.2. withhold or reclaim prizes;
10.4.3. close the Participant's account; or report the matter to relevant authorities.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content, software, and materials within the App remain the property of the Promoter.
11.2. Participants may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit the App or its content.
12. Privacy
12.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Notice. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.
12.2. Technical data (including IP address) may be used for security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
13.1.1. death or personal injury caused by negligence;
13.1.2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or,
13.1.3. any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.2. Subject to clause 13.1, the Promoter is not liable for:
13.2.1. any losses arising from participation in the Competition or use of the App.
13.2.2. Technical failures, server downtime, or app unavailability;
13.2.3. Loss of data, connectivity issues, or device incompatibility;
13.3. Events beyond the reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, regulatory changes, or third-party service failures. The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and we make no specific warranty or representation in relation to the App and we do not promise that the App will meet your requirements.
13.4. The Promoter does not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
13.5. The Participant is responsible for any data charges incurred while using the App.
14. Publicity
14.1. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Promoter using their name, username, image, and/or winning details for promotional and marketing purposes across any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14.2. Winners may request to remain anonymous by contacting the Promoter within 3 days of notification at: dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
14.3. The Promoter may publish leaderboards, winner lists, and Competition statistics via the App or other channels.
15. General
15.1. The Promoter may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms.
15.2. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force.
15.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Competition.
15.4. No failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising any right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Promoter.
16. Governing Law
16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
